"Villa Sicca" Sleeps 6. Fully air-conditioned. You have access to a heated saltwater swimming lane (12m). Ideally located in an exceptional setting, 500m from the beach and the St-Brice reservoir (supervised swimming with lifeguards).
It is approximately 9 km from the ocean (10 minutes by car) and approximately 3/4 hour via the cycle path.
You will have access to Grand Crohot beach with several surf schools.
You will be close to the town center and all shops (10 minutes on foot). The town center is accessible via the beach.
The villa is ideally located for lovers of running, walking, mountain biking, and paddleboarding. Several options are available, including forest trails, by the pool, or in the salt marshes.
There is an electric vehicle charging station. This terminal is located in the villa parking lot.
This fully air-conditioned villa for 6 people comprises:
On the ground floor: 1 large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. 1 separate toilet and a pantry. 1 master suite with a bathroom (walk-in shower and double sink) and toilet.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, walk-in showers, and a shared toilet. A relaxation area for the office.
A beautiful wooden terrace with a 12m x 2.5m swimming lane.
The saltwater swimming lane is heated with an automatic safety shutter. A beautiful outdoor shower.

Cleaning deposit: €150 upon arrival (in cash), returned if everything is in order (sufficient cleaning).
Deposit: 30% of the total stay (bank transfer)
Balance: 15 days before arrival (bank transfer).
