Unique in Sanary-sur-Mer: an authentic south-facing Provençal farmhouse for 10 people, renovated in 2023, with a heated pool and private pétanque court. An exceptional view of the Tuscan countryside planted with vineyards, century-old olive trees, cypress trees, and all the species of southern France, is set in the heart of an estate of over one hectare planted with more than 250 citrus trees. Located near the Bandol wine region, between land and sea, you can enjoy the excellent Terre Brune wine just a few meters from the house, which overlooks the entire valley.
The house boasts luxurious amenities, including a fireplace, reversible air conditioning throughout, a granite kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms, and terracotta floors. The house has been eligible for fiber optic internet since 2021: you can work remotely, organize conferences, hold work seminars, and then relax on the large terrace.
Come and cool off in the heated pool (off-season, from mid-April to the end of October), enjoy a rosé under the arbor, relax in rocking chairs under the umbrella pine, play pétanque in the evening, and savor salt-cured fish cooked on the griddle. Bliss in absolute tranquility.
The house's decor is particularly refined.
