Gîte de Boudafay – A spacious countryside holiday home for groups
Gîte de Boudafay is a beautifully renovated old farmhouse located in Guémené-Penfao, in the Loire-Atlantique region of western France. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place for groups of up to 15 people to relax, celebrate, or enjoy quality time together.
Inside, you’ll find a 140 m² open-plan living area, ideal for shared meals, games, movie nights (with a home cinema), or just relaxing by the fire. A pool table is also available. The gîte features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, plus a fully equipped kitchen for cooking for a large group.
A highlight of the property is the indoor heated pool, available year-round – great for swimming even in bad weather.
Outside, there’s a large private garden with a trampoline, swing, and slide for kids, plus outdoor seating and a barbecue. The setting is peaceful and private, with no neighbors nearby.
Just 1 km away, the Vilaine River offers beautiful walks and nature. Shops are located 6 km from the house.
