5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7 toilets, 1 living room, and 1 large 40m² common room. The common room is an old stone winemaker's house with two large glass windows and two large terraces. Separated from the gîtes by the garden, it allows you to gather together for large meals while maintaining the tranquility of the sleeping area.
A fully equipped kitchen adjoins this room. All crockery and cooking utensils are available.
Our estate is an old stone winemaker's house from the 18th century, an authentic place where wine was once made. Located on the outskirts of the village, you will enjoy a peaceful setting, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The gîte's large 2000m² wooded garden is ideal for peace and quiet, lulled by the sound of cicadas.
The cottage has a total of 6 bedrooms to accommodate groups of up to 15 people. All rooms are adjoining and face the pool. Each room has its own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as a private bathroom and toilet, ensuring privacy.
Crossing the garden, on the other side of the pool, you arrive at the large living room bordered by a large terrace, perfect for gatherings with family or friends.
The sleeping area is completely separate from the living room, allowing everyone to live at their own space.
The kitchen is adjacent to the large living room for preparing meals. A plancha grill is available on the terrace for preparing barbecues.
Various outdoor spaces are available: a large salt-treated swimming pool (7x13m) and a fenced pool house, a children's play area, a pétanque court, two large terraces, and a garden area shaded by pine trees.
The estate is fully enclosed, so you can enjoy a relaxing family vacation with young children.
At the entrance to the estate, a parking lot can accommodate 5 cars.
For electric vehicles, a single-plug socket is available in the parking lot to charge your car. A fast-charging outlet is located 400m from the cottage.
The estate is ideally located between the Cévennes and the Camargue. Between cultural heritage and natural spaces, it is an ideal starting point for visiting the region's historic sites such as Nîmes, Uzès, Anduze, or the Pont du Gard. There are plenty of outdoor activities available to you near the cottage: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, via ferrata, climbing, quad biking, karting or horse riding.
