Welcome to La Familiale. Ideal for gatherings with family or friends, our combined gites allow you to share moments together while maintaining a minimum of autonomy and comfort. We accommodate up to 30 people in two comfortable and fully equipped gites with quality amenities and tasteful decor, with a total of 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
Elise welcomes you to La Familiale, a former family farmhouse renovated in 2020 in the heart of Normandy, more precisely in the Pays de Caux region, approximately a 30-minute drive from major Normandy tourist attractions such as Etretat, Le Havre, Honfleur, Deauville/Trouville, the meanders of the Seine, and more.
Le Pavillon Gîte, decorated in a country house style, has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Les Guinguettes cottage, decorated in an industrial/bohemian style, features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large 50m² living room, and an adjoining 30m² lounge, which will charm you with its large screen (video projector and various applications available).
You can rent the cottages separately or privatize the entire property. Various games are available throughout the cottages: billiards, table football, air hockey, ping-pong, board games, and more.
Each cottage has all the comforts and amenities you need for a wonderful stay. You can also enjoy the private gardens and terraces, as well as shared outdoor play areas for children. A large parking lot is also shared between all the cottages.
The property is ideal for family or friends gatherings, whether for a weekend or a week.

Low season: November 1st to March 31st
Mid season: April and October
High season: May 1st to September 30th + Christmas and New Year's Day
All rates include cleaning (only the kitchens must be left clean) as well as sheets and one towel per person (optional: €250 for beds made upon arrival).
Tourist tax not included.

We do not accept more than 30 people in total on the property.
The main living room of the LES GUINGUETTES gîte must remain for the exclusive use of the public accommodated according to the sleeping capacity of the gîte or of all the gîtes.
PLEASE NOTE: For the tranquility of this peaceful hamlet, the entrance to the gîtes is under video surveillance. We do not accept hen/stag parties, nor musical or festive events. We ask that you keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. and that you eat inside after this time. Thank you for your understanding.
